C band LNBF ring setup for ZCF-D21A. How?

Well I going to set up my 5' C band dish and I need to know how to setup my
www.zinwell.com.br/Produtos/Spec/ZCF-D21A.pdf C band LNBF.

Where should I set the outer ring adjuestment to? I am at 43N 75W. It goes from 28 to 42.

I did think of that but this forum get a lot of traffic. I will post on that forum too. I also read I should just use a signal meter and go for the highest signal.
