C-Band help request

I know little about FTA but I'm trying to develop and test a C-band circularly polarized antenna for another reason and need a C-Band circular point source. I'm not trying to receive any particular programming, only RF. Can any of you recommend a a fairly high-powered C-band source satellite transmitting either RHCP or LHCP RF visible from the mid-Atlantic area. I think some of the FTA satellites meet this criteria correct?

Intelsat 23 @ 53w is circular polarized.

You can make your own circularly polarized signal.
Build a helical antenna.

I'll look at Intelsat23 thanks.

Anole, I needed a point source at a distant high elevation and no place to mount a terresstrial antenna for this application.

Depending where you are located, Intelsat 23 may not be a very high elevation. It is 5 degrees elevation on the west coast, but could be as high as 47 degrees on the east coast.
