bulgarian tv

I have a neighbor who wants to get bulgarian tv for his parents. Can this be done as in is it part of Dish international and if so what sattelite is it on and what is the deal for international programming only for equipment? Any help will be appreciated.

I don't think they have it, but maybe you recognize it as one of those...

that is one of my problems I am not sure what I am looking for. Did not see anything there

If I remember correctly, there was a thread about a month or two back that had a link to a Bulgarian channel's website. That website had some type of paragraph on the front page saying they were coming to Dish Network soon. How soon is anyone's guess.
