Buffering problems

I have Dish online and want to watch movies from my premium stations. I am 500 miles away from home and when I try to watch I get buffering every 30 seconds or so. I have excellent signal and this is on wifi at work, large system. Any ideas or fixes? Thanks

Excellent wifi signal doesn't help if the connection to the Internet is too slow. Try running a speedtest.
