I put up a CCTV system and started catching people breaking into cars at night. I put up CCTV surveillance warning signs and stopped the break-ins. 
I might get hell from my management for the cameras now. Usually something like this happens when the cops get involved and ask for my help with cameras about crime in the neighborhood.

Amazing how much time and effort these guys will spend trying to steal from you but they can't use that energy constructively and get a job!
Maybe he was looking for a belt to hold his pants up...
