Brasilsat B4 84 West C-Band coverage? 95 W HRTV issues?

Does anyone know if the beam from 84W covers any of North America? Trying to get Jockey Club on 3829/V/4340, I'm in CT.

Also, on 95 W C-Band, does anyone know if HRTV [Horse Racing TV] 3914/V/2000, is having issues? I have 83% Quality but no picture/sound, it's been like this for about a week now.

AFAIK Brasilsat only covers Brazil. Seems I saw a footprint map a while back. http://www.satbeams.com/footprints?position=276
That channel has been just a blank screen for at least a week here also. But a rescan of the TP will get another ch.

Thanks for the confirmation on HRTV, Fat Air, now I know it's not just my setup. I looked at the link you posted, definitely looks like 84W is Brazil only, bummer.
