Blockbuster Question

I rent from Blockbuster maybe once ever other month. What I want to know is how does the late fees work? (Usually don't turn stuff in late, so I don't know). I can't seem to find anything on the website (specifics). If anyone can lend a hand it would be appreciated.

That's not accurate. It may be for corporate stores, but franchisees are free to do what they want. Ours dumped the late fee thing within a month of it starting. They stopped honoring out blockbuster Previously Viewed DVD coupons. Now that they are accepting return of the online rentals, they are
a) NOT clearing them out of our cue
b) NOT shipping them out in a timely fashion (one day they had a big bin full of them)

I don't think it will be too long before they stop honoring those as well. Blockbusters here suck.
