Blockbuster Online Issue

Anyone else having trouble accessing their Queue on Blockbuster Online?

For the last week, I keep getting the same message when I try and access my Queue:

Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.


I've already sent an email to Blockbuster and they got back to me saying it was an issue on my end and had to do with "cookies". I highly doubted this is the case since I've had the same message on 3 different computers at 3 separate locations. I cleared the cookies and nothing changed btw. Any suggestions?

BTW, my issue is resolved. I called Blockbuster and talked to their tech department to get this issue resolved. And just so everyone knows, this issue is known and it is on their end. Apparently the system can suffer from issues if you have too many movies in your Q.....
