Blank recordings on HWS and U224

I recently had to replaced my HWS when its hard drive failed. When I installed the new unit, it installed the new interface software version. I'm frequently getting recordings that are blank; they show in the DVR listing but when played, show just a blank screen. Using the fast forward buttons don't do anything so it looks like the file is corrupt. The other night, all prime time anytime recordings ended up like this. Also when this happened, I could not watch any prime time channel live. It exhibited the same blank screen behavior as the recording. Anyone else seeing issues like this with the new software?

was having the the same issue, leave the receiver for a few minutes, when I returned the receiver started updating by itself from U224-U226, the receiver started moving slower after the update
