Hello everyone, I read alot of threads on this forum and I love it. I am new to the whole thing and hope someone can help me out. Currently I have Dish and everything is fine. My friend told me he has the nexus card by hauppauge for the computer, connect the cable from the Dish500 to it instead of the box and he is able to watch all channels? Is it possible, and can it be done with cheaper FTA cards with the same software? Also, what is Blackbird boxes that are selling on ebay, do they work with Dish network and how?
