Black retangle blocking my sci-fi channel

I got a block rectangle blocking the shows on Sci-fi right now. It's only the show being blocked not the ads. Anyone knows why?

No, it's not turned on. I made sure that wasn't it. Plus it stopped after about 2 hours.
