Bizarre Samsung TS160 issue

For the longest time my Direct Tv would be working fine and randomly go out and say that I have the wrong access card in. I ordered a new card and the problem still happens but not as much. But what I did notice is that when this happens now its always 8:00 PM. It's happened like 5 times or so right at 8:00 PM. This can't be a coincidence. What the hell if going on here? Whats Direct TV doing to their signal at 8? Mind you this only happens on my Samsung TS160 HD receiver.

your access card reader is probably bad and in that case your receiver needs to be replaced
