Birddog missing 110 & 119 satellites

Several of our guys have lost the 119 & 110 satellites off their birddogs; one of guys went & re-downloaded the files from the birddog website & is still missing the 110 & 119 sats....

Does anyone know what is going on with the birddogs? Or how we can fix it?

Yes, There have been some issues lately with certain sats on the birdog. Here is a nice thread that has been going on in the "Installer Zone"

yeah, i found it.......& read through the posts....

so, is the 119 now on the 129?? or has the problem fixed itself then?

Cause me & my guys still have trouble with the 119 AND the 110.....i'll have 'em try downloading again tonight....

Anyway, Yes there have been some problems with the bidog not showing the 119W when aligning the dish. Seems it was showing the 129 when pointing to the 119... Birdog has updated their files for the meters and as of yesterday, My BD has been working fine after reloading my sats from the website.

If you have old software, Your birdog will have issues.
It is best to visit the birdog website frequently to see if there are new files.
