The tampa division launched "look back" today.

What is Look Back?
Look Back is a new feature that will allow Digital Cable customers on both, DVR and
non-DVR converters, to view shows that have already aired for up to 72 hours.

Will the Look Back feature have all the functionalities of a recorded show?
Once on a Look Back program, the customer will be able to restart, pause and rewind the program. Fast forward is not available for this feature.

Is Look Back available to all Bright House Networks customers?
Look Back will be available to all Digital Cable customers, using a Digital converter at no additional cost. Customers who do not have a Digital converter would need to upgrade to Digital Cable to be able to use Look Back.

Note: Look Back is not available to Cable Card customers.

How is Look Back different from Start Over?
Start Over is a Digital Cable feature that allows the customer to start over certain TV shows that are currently in progress. Once a show is over, Look Back allows the customer to view the program up to 72 hours later.

Note: Look Back can be selected by programmer, on a show by show basis, over a time frame of 72 hours.
