I'm looking to upgrade my LNB on my 10' fiberglass Prodelin. Right now it has a Chaparral feedforn with an Echostar LNB. I've been looking at the Titanium C1PLL and a Chaparral Corotor II Plus with the Titanium ASC1. What would I get best results out of?

Hands down the best results would be from the Chaparral Corotor II and the ASC1. With a good LNB, and ability to adjust the skew, to each bird you can fine tune, on the fly.

I agree the corotor is the way to go. Don't go cheap when it comes to lnb's though, or you will be disappointed. Norsat would be your best choice and fleabay is a good source for those if you shop carefully.

An old echostar LNB makes a great backup/spare. Just upgrade the LNB for something newer. Best DRO or if you have an accomodating budget Norsat has PLLs too of course. I have an ASC1 mover and it has been flawless regarding the dish positioning so far.
The C-band LNBFs work very well for their price and simplicity though, and I would like to try a C1PLL to see how it compares with the DRO LNB/Corotor feed horn combo.
-C.

I have a Norsat LNB but the previous owner used indoor connectors on it so it leaked. I cannot get a solid signal with it. Is there a way I can fix it?

I kinda doubt it, if there's been 'time' since it was wet. The corrosion is probably too far gone. That being said, if you attempt to clean it up, there's really no loss if it doesn't work.

You should be able to replace the F con.You will have to open the case up tho,if it's a screwed on cover, easy,if a glued cover, well, cutting and prying.
Anyway once you get it open, cut the center conductor of the Fcon,
unscrew the fcon from the case,
carefully unsolder what's left of the center conductor from the circuit board,
screw in a new fcon, solder it and put it all back together, sealing where necessary.

Is there visible corrosion on the F connector or around the cover plate on the LNB? It may have been dropped and not water damaged if there's no visible corrosion. If you hear a rattle inside there's a ferrite bead on a plastic screw that may have broken. I have a three Norsats here broken like that, 2 used and one brand new, they get about 16 for signal.

The new one was damaged in shipping and the company replaced it no problem, the used ones I'd broken being clumsy and falling off my step ladder. If it is water damage to the F connector, replacing it as Waylew explains how to should be fairly easy to do.
