What is the best FREE navigation app for the iPhone? Including the ability to quickly find points of interest.

That comes with the phone and I use it. There are some that give you quick searches to favorite locations broken down by categories. With google maps you have to enter the address or go through your contacts.

You could try MapQuest 4 mobile, I downloaded it a while ago but haven't used it yet.it's the number 1 free nav. app.can't wait for Tom Tom app looks pretty cool.

Navigon is working on one too and I like their interface a bit better but with TomTom doing the windshield mount that might push me to them instead.
