Best DMA to 'Move' to in Eastern Arc?

I'm in Dayton, OH. Currently get my locals OTA with no guide data. I don't have guide data because I had to twist dish's arm to get me hooked up with EA due to no LOS for WA.

Now I would like to 'Move' to another EA DMA with CONUS locals.

Most Important to least:
Fox
NBC
CBS
CW
ABC

Virtually everything on 61.5 is now on spotbeams. I think you need to 'move' to a city inside spotbeam 14 (I think you are in that beam). That includes Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, Grand Rapids, etc.
