I'm thinking about kicking Comcast to the curb and getting Dishnetwork (or DirecTV). I'm paying $90 a month for an HD-DVR and regular cable on three other TVs. I was a Dish customer for about 3 or 4 years up until 7 years ago, so I'm pretty familiar with them.
I was in Sams Club today and asked what they had to offer... the young lady explained that they have the same deals/offers as everybody, except instead of paying a $99 new customer fee and then getting a $99 rebate, at Sams you pay $59.87 up front and still get the $99 rebate. Is there anything better out there I should be aware of?
I am looking at getting an HD-DVR (722), and maybe one other DVR and then just regular SD on two other TVs.
I've also been looking into DirecTV, but it seems as if Dish has better DVRs. Anyone care to comment on that?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
