ATLANTA, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- BellSouth launched Thursday a service to optimize high-speed Internet access.
The Help Center 3.0 software allows subscribers faster broadband access, in addition to increasing their ability to fix their own Internet problems.
"When they wish to download or access online music, videos, photos, retail sites, and more, customers want it to happen now and with a minimum of technical issues," said Richard Burns, chief integration officer at the phone company.
The CD will be provided to all fast-access DSL subscribers, BellSouth said.
