A Twilight want a bee... You can tell they spent some bucks on the movie production. They were trying to create a new love story along the old lines of forbidden love. It is not an unpleasant film, it is just not the best film. They are unable to create the chemistry needed to really pull the movie along. Trying to adapt a book and not seeming rushed is not easy, and this film feels rushed.
I wanted to like the film more, but it never quite got there. I guess if you had read the book the movie would mean a lot more.
