Based on what we know what will my bill be?

I have 3 722's: top 200: Blockbuster movie pass: HD for life: monthly bill is 106.86

If a OTA tuner comes out for the hopper I want to get two hoppers and three joeys what would my bill be. Thanks.

PS don't care about install cost, have PP: 200.00 or so would be fare.

DVR - $6
TOTAL: $40

Hopper:
1st Hopper - included
2nd Hopper - $7
3 x Joey - $21
DVR/WHD - $10
TOTAL: $38

Programming costs won't change.
