baseball on csnch / wgn outside chicago DMA

I am near Dubuque, IA on the WI side. I have the choice package, I get all Cubs and Sox games on CSNCH and CSNCH+.
I am missing out on the OTA WGN9/WCIU games. Would WGN America get me the games, or would I be blacked-out because I'm in cubs/sox territory? Why isn't a WGN version included as a RSN ch? I don't want to pay for Extra Package either way. Additionally if the game is also on MLBN will it be blacked-out?

wgn america shows most of the WGN MLB games and some of bulls games.

WGN / WCIU needs 1-2 cable / satellites channels for the CHICAGO only bulls and blackhawks games and the WCIU games that covers the teams full DMA's.

Or you can hope that MLB and others get smacked down in the lawsuit.

MLB EI lieky will be blacked out. WGN america should be open to you.

Upgrade to Xtra and you'll get the WGN games on 307.

Nothing you can do to get the WCIU games unless you move to Chicago or a market that has the Cubs Net affiliate that syndicates the WCIU games.
