I called directv yesterday to change my package before my card arives and I actiavte. I origanaly had basic with myx and I upgraded to prefred choice with myx the guy on the phone told me that wouldnt work and said I would have to get family choice. So I called up later to check and he had signed me up for total choice and he put orders on my account for equipment that wasnt asked to be ordered. Has this happened before?
