Bad 311 receiver

Hi. I am new to this forum. I have had Dish Network since 2006. Well today one of my 311 receivers went bad. I called Dish Network and they told me that they would sent a replacement. The guy said it that they do not make the 311 receiver anymore and that it would be a vip211k. A few hours later, I got on my Dish Network online account and I saw a pending order for a 311 receiver. I am confused! What receiver will be getting? Thanks in advance.

if a 311 replacement is available that is what you will receive, if not a 211 will be a much better receiver

The 211 is a HD MPEG4 receiver so hope they don't have any replacement 311s.
