I've had it!! Directv can never get my bill right and they raised it another $20! I'm canceling at the end of the month. I have a recording of me on the local news on my DVR. Is there a way I can get a copy of it before I have to send the receiver back? The receiver is an HR21.
 
About the only practical way is to record it in real time on a vcr or dvd player with a hard drive.
 
Not sure, I've been with them since 2006 and I hate to switch. Very rarely the bill is the same two months in a row. I haven't changed any programming packages or bought ppv's.

Sounds like you had promos drop off, give them a call ...
As mantioned, bills dont go up like that.

I called due to economic hardship. Got locked in for 2014 NFL Sunday ticket at $25, and got the main part of the bill dropped to the price of Xtra, still keeping everything that comes with Premier.
