Azbox Enigma2 remote control mapping

As several people have realized, the remote control mapping with current E2 RC's is different from factory firmware. If you ftp keymap.xml to /usr/share/enigma2 to your receiver, it should make the remote control mapping closer to factory firmware. Before uploading, rename and save the original keymap.xml in case you want to go back.
