I have auto payment set up, and my account is supposed to be hit with payment on the 2nd of each month.
Today (the 3rd) I receive an automated call from Dish saying my account is past due by the amount that was supposed to be paid on the 2nd automatically, and I will be charged a $5 late payment fee.
Call Dish and am told my account is set up on auto pay, but that the payment didn't happen for an unknown reason.
Is this a common thing?
