Automatically changes channel to 101

Sometimes when I'm viewing my local channels on satellite 118 I will be watching tv and then all of a sudden it changes the channel to 101. It happens everyday and multiple times. This just started within the past month its beginning to annoy me. Anyone have any solutions to what may be causing this?

Mine does the same thing, but until this morning, I thought it did it at the same time every morning. This morning it did it at 0602 instead of the usual 0512. That sounds like a software glitch. You could call tech support and report it. It is possible they already know about it.
