Audio-Video Sync Issues

I just had the 5lnb KaKu dish installed last week to go along with my H20-600 receiver. Something I've notice, but haven't gotten around to ask.

On the local HDTV channels and sometimes the HDTV channels in the 70s, the video and the audio are out of sync. I noticed especially during the Olympics. If I pull the locals over-the-air with an antenna, its fine. Is this audio-video sync a known issue? I'm in the VA/DC market.

I don't have the 5LNB, but I have the same problem in the Boston area. It happens with Fox east a lot (I have a waiver). It is very annoying at first, but I usually don't notice after a while.
