Audio switching between English and Spanish for NFL games

We are having a problem where the audio is intermittently switching between English and Spanish while watching NFL games. This has not happened with any other programming, but did occur with the games on all three networks yesterday (Fox, CBS, NBC). It happened last week as well. I checked the SAP settings on our receiver and it is set to English for the primary language. Any ideas?

I had this happen once a week ago but it hasn't happened again. I just switched to the NFL Network that happened to be carrying the same game.
