Add: Select and store default audio settings independently for each channel

What screen does one find this option on?

If I'm not mistaken I believe all you do is press the yellow button on the remote and select the audio you want Left, Right or Stereo and it remember the setting when you go back to the channel

You're right, I was probably reading something extra into it like setting levels.
