Audio pop om cartoon network 296

I'm getting an audio pop on channel 296 cartoon network hd, soon as it happens the audio drops down and then comes back up gradualy over a few seconds. It doesnt happen all the time except late night.

The same happens for me. My 5 year old let me know all about it.

Is this on the H21 through the dvi connection?

hr21-700, video thru hdmi, audio thru optical

hmmm so it seems to be either a provider issue or a transmitter issue and not specific to a receiver.

Wow its bad right now at 2am eastern, getting pops every couple of seconds along with audio loss and video stutter now.

What sat and transponder is channel 296 on?
