I'm not having any signal issues (no picture break-ups at least), and I'm always using the latest wide release firmware (not the CE). Every week my DVR (HR-21) records Dexter from Sho West HD. Throughout each episode, the audio drops for 1-2 seconds at least a few times per episode. I don't get this issue with any other show I record.
