Aspect ratio problems...or am I missing something?

Ever since 269 hit, I can't adjust the Aspect ratio in Standard def. I see the box there when I hit channel up/down, but only the HD changes, not the SD. Am I missing something?

What is your TV's native aspect ratio? What mode is the 811 set to?

TV: either 16:9 or 4:3
811 Setting for 16:9, 4x3 #1 or #2 @ 1080i. 720p, or 480p

You might have to change it to the opposite of what you have, go to video, then go back and set it correctly for your TV type, and when you go back to video it should be back to normal.

Using the PAGE /\ button changes the format of the HD outputs.

Using the PAGE \/ button switches the format of the SD outputs. Useful when you are recording an HD channel or feeding a SD TV simultaneously. It doesn't change the SD format when you are using the HD outputs (DVI or Component).

It sounds as if your using an SD output (composite, s-video)... you want to use a HD (component, DVI) output with the 811 unless your not using a HDtv.
