Articulating Lcd Wall Arm Sa740p

Has anyone used the SA740P from Peerless Industries for wall mounting a LCD? I'm looking at this unit to mount a 32" LCD.

I use one for my 32 inch Vizio and one for my 32 inch Olevia. Works great.

I need this for a 32" olevia as well. Does the arm stick out from the wall far enough for the TV to turn 45 degrees to the side without the side of the TV hitting the wall?
