Never seen arrow. Only watched this one episode for Constantine. Flipping awesome! They really need to bring that show back.

I heard the news before I watched last night's episode(I'm still in the middle of watching it now). My initial reaction was, "Well the fans finally got their wish in getting rid of Katie Cassidy," but now I'm convinced that they are going to introduce Earth 2 METAHUMAN Black Canary(with the real "Canary Cry), whose MOTHER was the original Black Canary on Earth 2.
Edit: I just read that Katie Cassidy will be earth 2's "Dinah Drake(mother of Black Canary, Dinah Laurel Lance)" known as the Black Siren. God, these showrunners really screwed up the Black Canary character by causing fans to hate Katie Cassidy's portrayal of Dinah Laurel Lance & not sticking to canon of the Black Canary being metahuman, AND then introducing metahumans with the Flash. This whole season has been one big disappointing soap opera. The "Olicity" storyline sucks.
Re-Edit: Per Wikipedia, metahuman Black Canary does come from earth 2, & her name is Dinah Drake, so maybe it won't be a stretch to go from "Black Siren" to "Black Canary" as Dinah Drake transitions from earth 2 to earth 1.
My head's spinning just thinking about it(Kind of like Juliette "dying" on Grimm & then coming back as "Eve").

I'm still at the beginning of last night's show, but am I the only one who thinks that Felicity's mom is an idiot sticking her nose where it doesn't belong?
That was not only the weakest finale of a season of this show iv seen, it was a weak episode in a weak season overall.
Magic just doesn't translate into street level hero stories.
And the fight scene that ended the main villain with 20 minutes left in the episode (........) was one of the worst I've seen in the show.

Well, if it makes you feel any better. This season probably wont exist anymore, the way Flash is fooling around with time.
Would be weird if they wrote that in that FLASH had changed the time line and the last two years of the show had changed giving the ARROW an entire reboot as well. AFter all they have done plenty of cross over episodes and they are on the same earth, so it would be cool if they did that. I want to know if they are going to some how bring SUPERGIRL into the same universe and the same earth through some kind of plot. Then we could have cross overs on all three shows. FLASH and SUPERGIRL are more alike than FLASH and the ARROW. I would love to see some of the lighter side was introduced into the ARROW ,then I would watch it again. I gave up last season due to the redundant ever present flashbacks to the China years over and over. I swear it was like I was stuck in a time loop.Well, if it makes you feel any better. They have already announced a 4 way crossover event for next season between Flash, Arrow, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow.

Last night's Arrow had the feel of a "series finale," which maybe it is because of what happened on Flash. Maybe next season will be a reboot because of it, with the return of Laurel, Moira, & whats his name(Moira's husband, currently on CBS' Limitless), also maybe the return of Malcolm's son?
Edit: Maybe they'll use Legends of Tomorrow to correct what Barry did on theFlash to screw up the timeline.

They said late fall during the CW upfront presentation, so probably right before the Mid-Season breaks.
Funny, she played Supergirl's Kryptonian mother in Argo last season. I guess we aren't supposed to see the similarities in the looks of these two characters.
