Are there any 1080P channels other than ppv or premium channels?

There are no 1080P channels at all. The only 1080p content available from DirecTV, Dish Network or any cable company is VOD or PPV. There are no Premiums or any other actual channel in 1080p anywhere.

ESPN is currently testing the feasibility of 1080p broadcasting. They will most likely be the first channel if they feel it's worthwhile.
