Depends where you live Best Buy and Circuit City are the big names but there are smaller retailers that have showrooms with demos.

Most local retailers have this available. But from a retailer point of view it really gets my blood boiling when someone comes in to see something work. And I give them the whole grand tour and then they go home and order it online or from an 800 number. I know this is a subject that get both sides up in arms. But from an independent retailer standpoint, I just can't see why anyone wants to go with a big box store or with a company that they can't sit down face to face with to buy from. In most cases we have the same deals that anyone else has. We have personal service, which can get you an install the next day or in some cases same day. And when you have an issue we are always just a quick phone call away with no automatic phone system with press this and press that.

Sorry for the Independent plug.. But if you had a business in a local town that you know does quality work, wouldn't you want everyone to keep their money local?
