Anything new with FiOS TV in NH?

I have FiOS internet (got it in July), but have heard that Verizon has all but given up bringing FiOS TV here until the state passes a law on cable franchises, possibly even selling off it's assets in the state. Anything new on this?

As I now live in NH I've asked around but sadly nobody is talking about it right now.
