Anyones HDN not coming in? (problem is being worked on)

For some reason I am having a problem watching HDN (Hi Def News) the picture is blinking and the colors are all rainbow like, but its not a solid picture.

All the other channels are coming in fine, just HDN with the problem.

I have even reset the box and it's still doing it.

Anyone else?
