Anyone willing to help - wanting to borrow usb receiver/STB receiver

If there is anyone that is willing to loan me a USB DVB receiver, or a STB receiver, I would be willing to paypal you for the shipping costs, and a promise to return it as soon as I can.

I am thinking I have a defective Twinhan PCI card, bought off of ebay quite a while ago, so the warranty I am sure would be up. I guess I could buy a USB receiver, but if it is not the card, and it turns out to be the dish, I wouldn't need the receiver.
