Anyone using the Moto Z9 cell phone??

I've been trying to find a good cell phone (AT&T) and I thought I found it with the LG Shine. I really like this phone but the problem is with the ringer volume. I usually carry the phone in my pocket and I can never here the phone when it rings. The customer service rep I spoke with said that it's been an issue with this phone.

So, I've been researching some other phones and it looks like the Moto Z9 slider phone has gotten some great reviews. I'm just wondering if anyone here has tried the Z9? If so, what are the pros and cons of this phone. Thanks for any input.

Have you tried setting the ring to audible tome AND vibrate at the same time?

Yes I did. The phone works fine in a quiet setting, but when I'm in the car with the radio on, or in a crowd of people(mall or busy restaurant), I just can't hear it. And most of the shorts I wear are cargo shorts and I can't feel the vibration of the phone.
