I am in an area where I would have to go through my local NRTC provider( not Pegasus). If I call D* the phone system still says I am in a NRTC area and then dumps me. I have lots of friends who want to swtich from the local guy (Plumas Sierra Telecom) to D* directly. PST has had some major issues getting service calls dealt with and huge billings issues. It seems everything I have found is pointed at Pegasus customers only. Do my friends have to wait for the 90 days to expire before being able to switch? Thanks in advance.
