The HD channels just go black (no "Searching for satelite" message) and I have to do a reset of the receiver and then it works.

A little background:

I am using the component cables.
I have an OTA antenna for my HD locals and even these channels do this.

Now, my satelite signal is usually in the low to mid 90's EXCEPT for satelitte 110 that is in the low 70's normally. (but, if this was the problem, why would it affect my local OTA channels and why no ""Searching for satelite" message?

Is it even possible to get high signal strength from all 3 satelitte's?

The d-10 is not an HD receiver. You will not get the HD channels with it. Do you mean H-10?

Sorry, you are correct. I meant the H-10.
What kind of signal strength do you get on your OTA digital channels? Low signal strength will cause lockups on many ATSC tuners.
