Anybody get the 411 as a new sub by ordering directly from DISH?

I'm not sure how many new DISH subs we have on here but has anyone gotten a 411 or two (ViP 211 is not out yet) as a new DISH sub yet? If I'm not mistaken, you can't order a 411 as a new sub through DISH, only through your retailers. I have someone on hold as we're doing their direct DISH sale install as a retailer through a special program and the customer still can't ask or specify for a 411 as their HD receiver of choice. Let me know if you were successful in getting one as a new sub. Thanks.

We've had a couple existing Subs on here lease 411s, even a Vip 211. I called a couple hours ago and they told me my only option was to purchase a 411 or 211

Yeah, 411's are available for upgrades when you go through DISH, though I've yet heard a customer get a 411/ViP 211 as a new customer when getting installed by DISH directly. So far no one huh? Thanks for the response, Andy.

I was scheduled as a new sub to have a 4 room install last Sunday (2 HD and a 625). I asked sales person at Dish if I would be getting the 411, vip211, or 811 receivers and that I wanted to wait if the 411 or vip211 wasn't available. They told me I would have to call my regional installation office (Ohio). When I called the regional office they confirmed that I would be receiving either two 411 or vip211receivers and a 625 receiver. However, when the installer showed up he only had enough equipment to do two rooms he had only one 811 receiver and a 311 receiver. So I rescheduled the install for March. Maybe they will be giving out the vip211's by then.
