Any word on 211 OTA issues?

Hi All,

My ViP211 has been unable to reliably tune any OTA station since the latest software upgrade. E* has admitted a problem and they 'are working on it'. Anyone have any idea when I can expect to watch OTA again?

P.S. E* replaced my 622 two weeks ago - no more screaming death, no reboots! I'm back in HD DVR Nirvana once again. (Lost all my old recordings though, sure wish the external USB hard drive was working).

I'm still waiting for a fix too. Most likely their priority is fixing the 622 problems first and then move to the 211.

I suspect the bug in the 622 is the same as in the 211. They probably both have a common code base and the OTA defect was injected into both at about the same time.

Agreed. Once they figure out what's wrong with the 622, the fix for the 211 should come fast.
