Any Update on New AMC-15 Launch Date?

Anyone have an update on a new launch date for AMC-15? I know it won't be launched on September 24th. Also, what's the latest on the new 110 spotbeam satellite?

Space.com has it listed in their upcoming events as 4th quarter, meaning some time before the end of the year. They also list AMC-16 for the 4th quarter, also an E* bird. I don't know if that's slated for 110 or not.

The SES Americom web site has AMC-16 slated for 85 degrees West.
