Female installers are not common in this industry, I worked for dish for six years and can count on one hand the amount of women that installed and none lasted more than a year.

roflmao..well i have been installing for almost 2 yrs..i love it...by far the best job that i have come across...course when i first started..i thinkkkk i was tricked into learning it..by hubby...when he got off into diplexers..i was like..DO WHAT!!!....but no biggie now..i can put in a system start to finish..BUT DON'T...lol..he only take out the trash and chops wood..lolol...so i'll be derned if i am going to put the dish up..although i do put it together...rofl...we def. are a team...24/7..i told him i needed to change my nickname from nyckl to sathoe...cause all i do is screw all day...screw the dish together...screw the cables on...rofl...pretty much screwing all day...sad hunh...lol...now that it's cooling off here..whew is it ever...much nicer...texas heat and sat. installation is a rough one..lol...p/n
