Any ideas on how to get Echostar in South America..?

I know that this could be a silly question, and forgive me if the answer might be posted somewhere in this forum but i wasn't able to find it...

Does anyone know if it's possible to get Echostar 7, 8 & 6 and 3 or Hispasat at 30 W in South America, to be more specific Manaus, Amazonas, Brasil, anyone who shed a light here!

and if so, what kind of gear is required?
