I will get my new AirTv dual tomorrow. I'll give an update later that night. Fingers crossed. I am still using my original single Dish OTA adapter.
Okay, all is good at this time. I also received my second 54 remote today for my cave 4k Joey. Don't know if everyone is aware that the new 54 needs the internet connection to there H3 to function properly. So says tech support. But, all good!!

Okay, sorry about my post above about the 54 remote. Thought I posted it to the other page 
I installed the new Dish dual tuner and haven't experienced any breakups on Joey's or recorded programs, so that is good.
I am seeing a strange issue though, and I'm curious if anyone else has ever seen the same thing. I have a timer set to record Johnny Carson each night on Antenna TV. On multiple occasions, the recording has shown as successful, but I can't find it on my recordings tab. Then, the next day, it becomes visible and I can watch it. Any ideas?

Johnny Carson is known to say embarrassing things, so they put a 24 hour tape delay on your receiver. Are you serious, you're recording Johnny Carson reruns?
My AirTV Dual Tuner will arrive Thursday. Excited to see if it improves my signal.

Carson had some really interesting guest interviews. It's like a time capsule.
Currently, with the original Dish OTA adapter, I am getting several stations away from the Valley. I live around 64th St and Cactus, not high up, but my guide includes 6 PBS Tucson, 7 KAZT Prescott, 9 KGUN Tucson, 18 KTTU Tucson, along with a few others. But these all are quite watchable and have been for some time. In fact, I can remember watching them back when Gabby Giffords was shot.
The outdoor antenna in my single story house is just a basic one that was already up there when I moved in around 13+ years ago.
It'll be interesting to see what the AirTv does differently. I'll report back then. And BTW, my Sony TV from back then is also connected separately to that antenna, so the signal's actually been split.
I record him every night. Great show and he is greatly missed.
